My journey to becoming a psychotherapist has been one of resilience, self-discovery, and transformation. Growing up in a chaotic environment, I learned early on to navigate challenges and find meaning through imagination and curiosity. These early experiences planted the seeds for my passion for understanding people and supporting them through their own struggles. From overcoming addiction to exploring experiential therapies like Internal Family Systems and somatic work, I’ve woven together my personal story and professional training to create a unique, holistic approach to counseling.
Today, through Heilbronn Counseling/The Lotus Center, I specialize in supporting individuals navigating addiction, recovery, trauma, and codependency. My goal is to provide a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where clients can uncover their strengths, explore their inner world, and rediscover their resilience.
“We all have a ‘meaning maker’ inside.”
